    reinicia la ventana de juego (en el caso mas extremo ve a ajustes y eliminar cache) vuelve a entrar al juego y revisa.

    exacto con borrar cache no deberias de tener problemas y si no enviales un mensaje a soporte ellos te ayudaran mas.
