    Te pido que seas un poco más específico con tu consulta para poder ayudarte. Por ejemplo, mencionar el servidor, y el problema que presentas actualmente con el chat. (Si aparece algún mensaje, si se pierde la conexión, etc)

    ¿Por qué? Porque pueden haber muchísimos factores que estén directamente relacionados con tu problema, aunque generalmente es la conexión o un problema con el navegador. (Para lo cual se borran cookies, caché, etc..)

    Por ahora, moveré tu tema al área correspondiente que es "Cuestiones técnicas"
