    Intenta obtener la ID de tu cuenta con algún mensaje del soporte recibido anteriormente, explíca que te hackearon la cuenta colocando tu ID, server, Nombre de tu cuenta. Esto no quiere decir que te puedan solvertar tu cuenta, ya que si te hackearon tu cuenta bajo tu consentimiento (que tu mismo hayas dado tus datos), sería que no te hiciste bien responsable de tu cuenta.
