    Puedes enviar mensaje a soporte con la información sobre tu sistema operativo. El descargable tiene algunas reglas con las cuales debemos cumplir para que rinda como debe ser. Recuerda colocar al final tu id de tu cuenta, nombre de cuenta y server actual.
