    podria ser un problema por el método de pago & se te descontó el monto abonado

    recomendaría llenar un formulario a soporte

    Hola .OSO:

    Te recomiendo ponerte en contacto con el Soporte de Pagos para solucionar tu problema. Desde tu cuenta, arriba derecha en AYUDA, SOPORTE y Soporte de pagos. Se te abrirá un formulario que debes de rellenar.
