    I am contacting you again because I am experiencing a new technical issue during the Trinity Trial event, different from previous incidents I already reported, which were not properly resolved.
    In Nightmare difficulty (Level 31), I completed the challenge correctly on three separate occasions and did not receive the guaranteed equipment reward. In the battle log, the message “Error: WrongServer” appears immediately after finishing the challenge.
    Nightmare difficulty guarantees at least one equipment reward, therefore this cannot be a matter of probability, but rather a technical failure in the instance validation process.
    I have purchased the event pass, which allows me to complete three daily attempts. Therefore, this issue affects paid event content and has resulted in a direct loss of guaranteed rewards.
    Additionally, considering the reward probabilities in Nightmare (including the possibility of multiple items), it is possible that a higher-value reward was generated but not delivered due to the error. This situation creates a clear sense of unfair loss as a player.
    I request:
    1. A full review of the server logs related to my account.
    2. Appropriate compensation for the rewards not delivered.
    3. A specific and detailed response, not a generic automated reply.
